Building a foundation of consent is essential for teens as they navigate relationships, friendships, and self-awareness.
Our consent workshop for schools equips students with the skills to recognize their own boundaries and communicate them clearly and confidently, without shame.
Through engaging activities and open discussions, teens learn how respecting their own and others’ boundaries supports trust, safety, and mutual respect—skills that empower them now and throughout life.
This workshop promotes a culture of empathy, confidence, and respect, helping each student feel safe, understood, and valued.
We created this workshop to fill a gap that was missing in our education as teens, and are very passionate about delivering this work in a relatable and applicable way.

FACILITATOR
Sinéad Téhéry Cronin
Sinéad Tehery Cronin, Conscious Connections Founder is both a Shamanic and Sensual Artistry facilitator with extensive experience guiding individuals and groups through personal healing and growth processes.
She is passionate about sacred sexuality, conscious relating and intimacy, as well as neo-tantra and has trained overseas in this field. Sinéad aims to connect people in an authentic, nourishing, and healing way.

David Patrick Farrell
David is a poet, youth worker and men's space holder.
He is also one half of ‘Men Rising Together’. A Men’s Movement that includes workshops, sacred circles, men’s hikes, and sacred journeys all for the purpose of gathering men, creating space for men to reconnect to themselves, re-remember, and fully embody what it means to them to be a man.
DPF works regularly around the world holding space for men, with different men’s organizations such as C.I.P (Change is Possible) and Sacred Sons.
FACILITATOR
Geoff Brennan
Geoff is a dedicated bodyworker with over 10 years of experience. He is passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys and believes in the body's natural ability to heal from within.
He is a practising biodynamic craniosacral therapist, a certified TRE provider and a yoga teacher with a range of other modalities from which to draw.
Geoff believes a composed holding of space and a kind presence are vital cornerstones in his work, which he offers with enthusiasm and heart.

Emy O Mahony
Emy is a Kundalini yoga teacher, holistic counsellor, life coach and vibrational medicine practitioner.
She has immersed herself in the teachings and work of conscious relating, tantra and sacred sexuality to enhance her own life and is delighted to be bringing these teachings to the Conscious Connections team.

Blossom Leela
Blossom is an artist, writer, certified love, sex and relationship coach and sensual arts facilitator offering workshops, events and 1:1 coaching support that embody the practices and teachings of sacred sexuality, vipassana meditation, 12-step recovery program, non-dual shaiva tantra and erotic ecology.
