This 1.5 hour online workshop is being delivered by relationship therapist and attachment specialist Fergus Cronin.
From Fergus, about this workshop:
"In my experience Attachment Science provides us with the clearest insights into how our close relationships work and don’t work well.
The majority of us carry attachment wounds from childhood and we developed adaptive strategies to survive this period of dependency on others. Unfortunately these strategies become habits that follow us into our adult relationships and activate at times of stress or conflict.
The protective moves that served us so well in the past can keep us imprisoned in rigid patterns in the present - through no fault of our own. Understanding and befriending these predictable protective habits (usually some form of fight/flight/ freeze and fawn) are the first steps to updating our attachment system and opening the possibility of nourishing adult relationships.
