Relationships (of all kinds) are key to our thriving during this human experience and yet most of us have not received any guidance on how to form and nurture healthy loving relationships.
On this course Sinéad supports people already on a path of personal development, to delve deeper into rich topics around relating so they may acquire new depts of understanding about themselves as well as advance their relational skills through practice.
This course builds on the online sessions she has held previously and is designed for you if you're ready to deepen the nourishment and quality of all your relationships.
Whether you are single and longing for a new experience in a future relationship or already some years in with your partner, there are many areas to explore and skills to learn which will support you in creating the depth of relating you desire in your life.
