About the event

This is a FREE event open to all singles who love to get outdoors.

This trail is an out-and-back with great views over Lough Derg on a fine day. It's a little under 10k.m on marked trails and a moderate level of fitness is required, as is appropriate footwear (no trainers).

We will have a tea and snack break on the trail (bring your own) and there is an option for a dip in the lake afterward for the brave!

The nearby town of Killaloe is beautiful to visit with multiple cafes.

*As the hike leaders are volunteers and it's a free event you will be required to sign an insurance waiver before the walk commences *

We will meet in the upper carpark/ trail head at 10am, the hike will take aprox 2.5 hours
