This half day retreat Interrelate is an invitation to explore how we relate. Through guided games, practices, and authentic relating, we discover how we communicate, connect, grow and heal in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and with life itself.
This is a day of community, connection and fun. A space to meet likeminded growth focused folk.
Our intention is for you to leave with new levels of self awareness and tools to integrate into all relationships in your life.
Tea & snacks provided, please arrive a few minutes before the event begins.
There is an optional catered meal afterwards for those who wish.
