This day-long event begins with a welcoming cup of tea or coffee
Followed by a grounding meditation to cultivate a sense of presence and openness to the shared experience of the day.
We open by guiding some fun icebreaker games (be prepared for lots of laughter!).
After this, we'll engage in conversations around conscious relating and explore how we connect and relate to ourselves and others, as well as having the opportunity to get to know each other.
A wholesome lunch is provided, which includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
