• This day-long event begins with a welcoming cup of tea or coffee
• Followed by a grounding meditation to cultivate a sense of presence and openness to the shared experience of the day.
• We open by guiding some fun icebreaker games (be prepared for lots of laughter!).
• After this, we'll engage in conversations around conscious relating and explore how we connect and relate to ourselves and others, as well as having the opportunity to get to know each other.
• A wholesome lunch is provided, which includes vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
• The afternoon session focuses on an introduction to consent and boundaries, we'll also explore how we can integrate these concepts into dating.
• The final activity of the day is a 5 senses experience. This is a fully clothed sensory practice that can be shared with a partner or experienced alone. It is a guided practice to deepen presence and enhance the experience of receiving through each of the 5 senses.
• Many participants find it to be a highlight of their day.
• The day ends at 5pm with yoga nidra body scan meditation and optional tea/coffee time from 5-6pm to connect with others.
